The BASIC Upgrade
$4,500
Includes the following labor items*
- Removal of current tub/shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, lights & existing flooring
- Installation of new shower pan or tub
- Installation of new shower/tub valve
- Installation of pre-formed shower surround
- Installation of waterproof LVP flooring
- Install new baseboards and quarter round
- Install new vanity, faucet, light & mirror
- Re-set or install new toilet
*does not include materials - We can provide a "budget" for materials & can pick up all materials for no extra charge
The TILE addon
+$1,500 to $2,500
Includes ALL of the items in the BASIC upgrade package plus the following*
- a TILED Shower Backsplash ($1,500)
- OR a TILED Shower Backsplash & Bathroom floor ($2,500)
*customer to provide all materials - tile, grout, adhesive etc.
The PAINT addon
$500
Includes ALL of the items in the BASIC upgrade package plus the following
- Drywall repair (if needed)
- Paint walls and ceiling (two coats)
- Includes Sherwin Williams Paint
**Prices include a FULLY FINISHED bathroom & the hauling away of all trash & old fixtures**
